This is an appeal under Section 415 of BNSS, 2023 against the impugned judgment dated 07.02.2025 and the order of sentence dated 15.02.2025, passed by the learned Sessions Court in case FIR No. 150/2018 under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar. 2.

Ms. Shobha Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal along with certain documents.
