The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ directing the respondents 1-3 to immediately grant the protection to the petitioners and further directs that no one interferes in their living a peaceful life ,and further direct them that the respondent no 4-7 do not cause any harm to the life of the petitioners;
B. Pass such other and further order/s as this Honble court may deem fit, just and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case In the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
