1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. PC challenging the summoning order dated 16.01.2023.
2. After some submissions, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file the revision petition before the learned Sessions Court.
3. Liberty is granted. However, the petitioner is exempted from personal appearance before the learned Trial Court on 02.08.2024.
4. The period consumed in the pendency of the present petition before this Court shall be condoned. Learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with the law.
