At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the present petition be read as the petitioner's request for extension of interim bail, which was granted by an order dated 18.06.2020. 3.

Mr Dudeja, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors.', all interim orders including orders granting interim bail have been extended till 31.10.2020.

In view of the said order, the interim bail granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 18.06.2020 is extended till 31.10.2020, on the same terms and conditions, as set out in the order dated 18.06.2020 passed in Bail Application No.729/2020 captioned 'Rahul v. State.' 5.
