% 02.02.2016 By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed order dated 01.01.2016 passed by the respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 33A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before respondent No.3 Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Delhi which is pending.
After some arguments, Mr. K. Viswanath, Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
