The present Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, 1973 for quashing of the Look Out Notice dated 22.12.2023 and permit the petitioner to travel abroad.

Learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed the Petition on the ground that despite being an LOC against the petitioner, he has sneaked to Abu Dhabi through Nepal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications.
