The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the substitution and appointment of a learned Sole Arbitrator for the purpose of resolution of disputes inter se the parties in terms of the Lease Agreement dated 28.03.2023, as executed between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file proceedings in accordance with the law.
