2.
As per the APP for the State, it is stated on instructions that the petitioners have joined and cooperated in the investigation and the investigation is almost complete and charge-sheet is about to be filed. 3.
Status report has been perused by the Court and the attention has been drawn to the fact that the suicide note was submitted to FSL for verification but the report was inconclusive.
4.
In these circumstances, considering the FIR is of 2021 and the petitioners have been on interim protection since one year and the charge sheet is to be filed, there would be no purpose keeping these petitions pending. 5.
In light of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25, 000/- each with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioners will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. They will inform the IO in advance if travelling outside NCR/Delhi. 6.
Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
