The case is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared holiday on the occasion of 350th anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day'. 2.

The learned APP for the State has handed over an affidavit and states that DOP has opined that the matter is not fit for appeal, since a discharge order has been passed by the learned Trial Court in respect of other co-accused persons.

In view of the above, the learned APP for the State seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
