1. The Petitioner has filed the instant petition for revocation of Indian Patent No. 251204 granted in favour of Respondent No. 1. Mr. Siddhant Sharma, counsel for Petitioner, states he has instructions to unconditionally withdraw the present revocation petition as the Petitioner no longer has any business interest in the matter and it is not worthwhile for them to continue with the present proceedings.
