O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 CRL.M.A.4112/2016 (Modification) The present is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) praying as follows:- "In view of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- a) Allow the present application and permit the petitioner to furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Ld. Trial Court instead of Jail Superintendent.

b) Pass Any order or order(s) in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent and fairly does not oppose this application. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 29.01.2016 is modified to the extent that the applicant/petitioner shall be

released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. The other terms and conditions imposed by the order dated 29.01.2016 shall remain the same.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar for necessary information to the applicant/petitioner. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J MARCH 08, 2016 dn
