Present petition has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in pursuance to FIR No.188/2019 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar for the offences punishable under section 307/452/341/506/120-B/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act.

The allegations against the petitioner is that he had revolver in his hand and the said weapon recovered at his instance with two live cartridges. Moreover, this fact has been recorded in order dated 29.06.2020 passed by this Court in his interim bail application.

Keeping in view the allegations against the petitioner which is not BAIL APPLN. 2530/2020

similarly situated with co-accused Mohd. Asif @Dillu who was granted bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.

The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
