After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file an application for independent water connection. Needless to state that if such an application is filed, it would be decided by the Delhi Jal Board in accordance with law including the orders passed by the learned Single Judge from time to time. 2.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with the applications is disposed of as withdrawn. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merit of the proposed application to be filed by the appellant. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
