% 11.05.2016 CS(OS) 206/2015 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 22.04.2016 of Learned District & Session Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, whereby he was of the view that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lie in the said court.

Vide order dated 12.01.2016, the matter was transferred to East District, KKD for 22.04.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 12.01.2016 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
