This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, challenging the impugned order dated 08.05.2026, passed by the learned District Judge, Commercial Court-04, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in CS(COMM) 982/2025 captioned as "SOBHAGYA MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED V. AUTHENTIC PRESS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED AND ORS."

The order under challenge dated 08.05.2026 is extracted hereunder: "Ld. counsel for the defendants submits that defendant has already complied with the order dated 19.01.2026 and she shall file compliance affidavit within one week.

Ld. counsel for the defendants filed reply against order XXXIX Rule 2A r/w 151 CPC filed by plaintiff. Copy supplied. Ld. counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file rejoinder to the said reply. Be filed with an advance copy to the ld. counsel for defendant.

Having regard to the fact that the learned District Judge has kept the matter for consideration of the arguments of applications under XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere with such directions. 4.

However, it is requested that the learned District Judge may take up the said applications in all earnest for consideration on 04.06.2026 and such other dates as may be required to appreciate the controversy in the suit, and an order be passed expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any.
