I have heard Mr. Sethi, learned Senior Counsel who argued on behalf of Petitioner 1. As this Court has to rise to attend a BMC meeting, re-notify on 18 October 2024 at 2.30 pm. 2.
It is made clear that all parties' Counsel who desire to address arguments have necessarily to place brief written submissions of their arguments not exceeding eight pages each on record at least 24 hours in advance of the next date of hearing. Decisions on which they intent to place reliance with the relevant paragraph nos. indicated would also be mentioned in the written submissions.
