% 28.01.2016 This is a suit for declaration and injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Sarai Kale Khan which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District South -East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court South -East, Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South - East, Delhi on 06.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
