Since the application being I.A. 38986/2024 has been allowed, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of. Consequently, the attachment order dated 13.08.2024 stands vacated. 6.

In case there are any further amounts outstanding, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the same before the competent court of jurisdiction. 7.

The date of 18.10.2024 stands cancelled.
