Mr Kaushik, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and consequently, the petition being O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 130/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. 5.

The interim order dated 13.08.2024 stands vacated. 6.

All legal objections of the respondents are left open. 7.
