This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to sue the respondents for balance amount of USD 10,361.55 along with interest in appropriate proceedings. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3.

Mr Kaushik, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and consequently, the petition being O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 132/2024 is disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to sue respondent No.1 for recovery of USD 10,361.55 along with interest in accordance with law.
