This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making the Arbitral Award for a further period of two months i.e. from 31.03.2024 to 31.05.2024.

It is stated that the proceedings are completed and extension is sought only as the Arbitral Tribunal is deliberating on the matter. 3.
