O R D E R

% 02.02.2024 1.

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 373/2022 under Sections 419/420/120B/464/467/468/471 IPC registered at PS Timarpur, Delhi. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation pursuant to interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2023, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. 4.

complainants in the present case and the claims of 02 complainants have already been satisfied whereas with regard to the claims of the remaining 02 complainants the demand drafts were handed over to the IO. 5.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, states that the demand draft of Rs. 29,100/- was handed over to the complainant Trilok Chand Saini, however, the other complainant namely, Sanjeev Kumar has informed the IO that he will be collecting his demand draft after 15.02.2024. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.

The petition stands disposed of.
