BAIL APPLN. 2515/2020 3.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.664/2020, registered under Sections 498A/377/406/323/506/34 IPC at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 20 lacs within two week and thereafter another Rs. 20 lacs within two weeks with the Registrar General of this Court.

Registrar General, on receipt of the said amount, shall invest the same BAIL APPLN. 2515/2020

in FDR in renewal mode and not be released to anyone without the prior permission of this Court.

Accordingly, the SHO/IO concerned is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-.

The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required. 8.

Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 10.

Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary compliance.

At this stage, learned counsel for the parties submit that matter is likely to be settled, if referred to mediation centre. 12.

Accordingly, parties are directed to appear before Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15.09.2020 at 02:30 pm. 13.
