The Petitioner was previously posted at Srinagar, however, pursuant to his representation, his posting has been shifted from Srinagar to Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.

Despite the above-mentioned, the Petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the transfer so made. It is trite that transfer is merely an incident of service and ordinarily does not warrant interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

It has also been submitted that he is suffering from a cardiac ailment.

Be that as it may, what remains undisputed is that the representation made by the Petitioner has already been positively considered.
