Counsel for the appellant has drawn our attention to the Settlement Agreement [in short "SA"] forged between the parties on 13.08.2024. [See pdf page 161 of the case file].

A perusal of the record shows that the settlement has been arrived at between parties under the aegis of Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

In terms of the said SA, the appellant has undertaken to withdraw the instant appeal.

Accordingly, the counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
