% 29.11.2019 Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, IO has produced the CCTV footage through pen drive which has been played on the desktop of this court whereby it is established that the petitioner has played active role in the incident in question, whereas case of the petitioner is that he was just passerby, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
