The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondent be directed to entertain the references/application filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

The petitioner claims that it carries on the business of dealing in LPG Stoves and during the course of the said business, it had supplied its products to various firms. It is the petitioner's case that it is a supplier within the meaning of Section 2 (n) of the said Act 5.

It is stated that the firms, namely, Vitika Global Enterprises, Arise

India Ltd, Khatu Ji Agency, Global Impex, Shree Krishna Enterprises, Arihant Steel and Shree Balaji Trading Company had failed and neglected to pay the amount due to the petitioner. It is in this context that the petitioner had made references to the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (the respondent).

However, the petitioner has not received any communication from the respondent.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the complaints made by the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. It is clarified that if the respondent is of the view that the said references are not to be entertained, the respondents shall inform the petitioner of its reasons for the same. 7.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application also stands disposed of.
