After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach Justice V.K.Jain (Retd.), who has been appointed as a Chairperson of the Committee by a Coordinate Division Bench of this Court, to carry out the membership audit and thereafter to supervise the conduct of the election. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition along with the applications is disposed of as withdrawn. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merit of the proposed application to be filed by the petitioner. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
