This petition is filed for extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 29.06.2020. The said interim bail was extended till 24.08.2020 and again it was extended till 06.09.2020. Once again the extension is prayed by the applicant on the basis of order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench in W.P.(C) No.3037/2020. 6.

Considering the submissions, the interim bail of the applicant is extended till 03.11.2020 on the same terms and conditions as was enumerated in earlier orders.
