Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-DISCOM submits that the DISCOM has already received the amount as was stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier date of hearing.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall continue to pay the regular consumption charges as and when the same are raised.

In view of the aforesaid, no further directions are required and since the new electricity connection has also been provided, let the same be continued.
