% 07.09.2020 Present petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions against the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to appoint the Petitioner to the post of TGT (English).

In view of Section 14(1) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the observations of the Constitution Bench of Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors. (1997) 3 SCC 261, this Court has no jurisdiction to decide the present petition as the Petitioner is amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. At this stage, learned counsel for Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
