The present petition raises a grievance as regards inaction on the part of the respondent nos.1 and 2 with regard to the unauthorized encroachments caused by the shops situated in building No.B-192, Main Chhatarpur Enclave Road, Chhatarpur Enclave, Phase-2, New Delhi-110074. 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present petition be treated as a representation by the respondent nos.1 and 2 and a speaking order be passed thereon. It is directed accordingly. Let the speaking order be passed, within a period of 06 weeks from today.
