The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: "...It is, therefore, expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or certiorari or any other writ or direction or order of the like nature whereby directing the Respondents, to countersign on the (I) transfer certificate (TC) issued to the students by the Petitioner-School [Annexure P-9 (colly.)

is relied upon] and (ii) Experience Letters issued to the teachers by the Petitioner School [Annexure P-8 is relied upon] because the respondents has not taken action to take over the management of the Petitioner-school in the session 2023-2024 therefore the management of the Petitioner-School has handed over the tenanted premises to its owner / landlord on 19.03.2024 & issued transfer certificates to the all the 210 students between the period 15.03.2024 to 19.03.2024 and the teachers have settled their claim and all other benefits with the management of the Petitioner-School and left the school hence today the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The learned counsel for Directorate of Education („DoE‟) is present before this Court who states that they have countersigned all the Transfer Certificates which were submitted by them along with annexures mandated under law.

In view of the submission made, the prayer in the present writ petition stands satisfied and the same stands withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
