The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0172/2017, under Sections 420/34 of the IPC registered with Police Station Ashok Vihar, District North West, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She is present in court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has resolved all her differences and disputes with the petitioners in terms of the Deed of Settlement dated 07.03.2019. She further confirms that she has received the entire consideration of ₹14,00,000/- as set out in the said Deed of Settlement. She states that she has no further grievance against the petitioners and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They also confirm that they have resolved their all disputes with respondent no.2, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 07.03.2019. 4.
In view of the statements made by the petitioners and respondent no.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. Accordingly, FIR No. 0172/2017, under Sections 420/34 of the IPC, registered with Police Station Ashok Vihar, District North West, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 5.
The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded therein. 6.
