This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate writ/ direction to WRC to process the application of the petitioner in its next meeting and to decide the same for issuance of formal recognition order. 2.

The case of the petitioner/institution is that it submitted its Online application to the NRC for B.A.BSc./B.A.B.Ed. course for two years duration in 2015. NRC issued a show cause notice on 17.8.2016 pointing out certain deficiencies. Reply was filed by the petitioner to the said show cause notice. Thereafter several proceedings have taken place before the NCTE, before the Appellate Forum and before the High Court of Judicature at Rajasthan. On 11.3.2020 NRC in its meeting held on 25-27th March 2020 issued a show cause notice dated 11.3.2020 to the petitioner. Petitioner has filed its reply on 4.3.2020. Grievance of the petitioner is that the matter is still pending before the WRC.

In the facts and circumstances respondent is requested to dispose of

the case of the petitioner expeditiously. If possible the WRC will consider the case of the petitioner in its next meeting. While deciding the case of the petitioner reply of the petitioner dated 4.3.2020 shall be taken into account. 4.
