% 17.09.2019 The above captioned applications have been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the appellants.

Learned APP for the State submits that specimen signatures of the appellants have been obtained but have not yet been sent to FSL. She further states that at this stage, custodial interrogation of the appellants is not required. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. With these observations, both the bail applications stand disposed of along with the pending applications. However, it is clarified that in case the petitioners are to be arrested, the IO will give 14 days' prior notice to them. BRIJESH SETHI, J SEPTEMBER 17, 2019/sm
