% 23.08.2019 Both the learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been amicably resolved before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 21.08.2019. Learned counsel for the parties, on the instruction of the parties, who are personally present in Court, undertake to abide by the settlement terms mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 21.08.2019. Petitioner and respondent No.4 agree that the petitioner along with the respondent No.5 shall spend tonight at respondent No.4's residence at KP229, Pitampura, Delhi. Parties also agree that in the event, the petitioner is in India over the next weekend, the petitioner shall be at liberty to spend Saturday night along with respondent No.5 at petitioner's residence.
Learned counsel for the parties further pray that any breach by the parties of the settlement agreement dated 21.08.2019 should be treated as criminal contempt.
This Court finds that the settlement agreement executed between the parties is fair and reasonable.
The statements and undertakings given by the parties are accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same. The parties are permitted to seek expeditious hearing and disposal by the Family Court.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
