The present petition under Section 439(2) of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Cancel the liberty granted to the Respondent no 2, through a Bail order dated 09.02.2023 to meet the ends of justice. b) Direct the accused Respondent No. 2 to surrender forthwith; and/or c) Pass any such order(s) as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 3.
