This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining Defendant No. 1 and all others acting on its behalf from selling, marketing, advertising, promoting, or in any other manner using or dealing with the infringing marks AMUL AGROVET, AMUL AGROVHET, AMUL AGRO, AMULAGROTECH SOLUTION, , and or any other marks which may be identical and/or deceptively similar to Plaintiffs' trademarks/labels amounting to infringement of Plaintiffs' registered CS(COMM) 387/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed and signed a Settlement Agreement dated 21.05.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, copy of which has been placed on record. In furtherance of the Settlement Agreement, an undertaking has been given on behalf of Defendant No. 1 wherein said Defendant has agreed to suffer a decree in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii) of the plaint, amongst other terms. 3.
Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, in terms of settlement between the parties, the suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff qua Defendant No. 1, the only existing Defendant, in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii) of the plaint. Copy of the undertaking has been handed over in Court and is taken on record after verifying the same from the original undertaking shown during the course of hearing. The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.
Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of. 6.
Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
