The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in OA The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
No.680/2024. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has dismissed the original application filed by the petitioner/applicant by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the respondent within a period of fifteen days with a further direction to the respondent to decide the same within a period of eight weeks.

After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will submit a comprehensive representation to the respondent as per the liberty granted under the impugned order. He, however, seeks that it may be made clear that in her representation, the petitioner would also be entitled to press her prayer for absorption as per the rules. He prays that taking into account that the petitioner's deputation is likely to come to an end on 16.06.2024, the time granted by the learned Tribunal to the respondent for disposal of the representation be reduced.
5. Mrs.Avnish Ahlawat, Advocate, who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent and fairly submits that she has no objection to this limited request.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, we dispose of the petition by granting the petitioner one week's time to make a representation in terms of the impugned order wherein she may inter alia seek extension of her deputation as also seek absorption. We simultaneously direct the respondent to decide the said representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation, by passing a reasoned and speaking order dealing with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
