Further to the order dated 02.04.2025, Ms. Diya Kapur, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to agitate the petitioner's grievances before the Central Administrative Tribunal ["Tribunal"].

Mr. Kapur requests for expedition of the case before the Tribunal on the ground that the case concerns a person with disability. The petitioner is at liberty to seek an expeditious hearing before the Tribunal. Mr. Anuj Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents, assures the Court that the he will join the petitioner in a request for early hearing. The Tribunal is requested to consider the matter as expeditiously as convenient.
