The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In view of the submissions made hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a) Pass an order directing the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the award in a time bound manner and in the event the Arbitral Tribunal not adhering to the time directed by this Hon'ble Court; pass an order terminating the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal and substituting by another Arbitral Tribunal and I or;

b) Pass any other order as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
