In view of the order dated 29.05.2024 passed in CM APPL. 33196/2024 in W.P.(C) 6132/2024, no fresh orders are needed to be passed. The observations and directions contained in the said order shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to these applications too. 4.
Additionally, Mr. Sermon Rawat, learned counsel for the applicants submits that his contention that the non-applicant/petitioner had concealed certain relevant facts with regard to the issue of denial of salary on the principle of "no work no pay" submitted before this Court, was not noted in the order dated 01.05.2024. He prays that the said objections be noted today. 5.
Mr. Anurag Lakhotia, learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner submits that there was no concealment at all and in fact this issue had been not noted by this Court in the order dated 29.05.2024 that the applicants were also in the know of the representation pending before the DoE. 6.
This Court has not made any observations or comments on the submissions made above. The DoE is at liberty to decide the representation in terms of the order dated 29.05.2024.
