% 19.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the affidavit of petitioner No.2-Sh. Raghuvar Dayal, the father of petitioner No. 1 in compliance of the order dated 29.08.2016. Accordingly, the said undertaking is also taken on record. Petitioner No. 2 shall be bound by the same. In terms of the above undertaking, the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 31.08.2017.
