Learned ASC submits that as regards the petitioner Rashid, the sentence review board has approved of his premature release while as regards the petitioner Joginder Pal Bhatia, the premature release has been denied. That being so, according to learned ASC, the petition is liable to be disposed of. It is further submitted by learned ASC that till date the petitioner Joginder Pal Bhatia has not surrendered. 2.

But since none appears on behalf of petitioners till this time (04:35 pm) and on previous four consecutive dates also none appeared for petitioners, the petition is dismissed in default.
