Mr. Amol Sinha, ASC (Crl.) for the State accepts notice and submits that civil proceedings are pending between the parties and that the petitioners have also approached the learned MM with an application Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C which came to be dismissed. He submits that the mobile numbers of concerned Beat Officer and the SHO shall be provided to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
