The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the petition, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the notices U/s 41(A) Cr.P.C.,dated 22.03.2024 and 09.04.2024 which were issued against the son of the petitioner namely Nitin Jain @ Susu Jain in F.I.R bearing No. 197/2019, Under Section 3/4 MACOC Act, Police Station- Crime Branch and served upon the petitioner by the police of PS Crime Branch, Chanakyapuri in the interest of justice.

Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
