% 07.05.2024 I.A. 10370/2024 (under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC read with Section 151 CPC for passing consent decree in terms of mediation settlement dated 29.04.2024 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre) 1.

The application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC read with Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the parties for consent decree, in terms of the Mediation Settlement dated 29.04.2024.

It is submitted that the parties are amicably and voluntarily entered into the Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is jointly submitted that the consent decree, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, may be passed. 3.

at a Settlement voluntarily and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

The present Suit for Partition, Rendition of Accounts, Declaration, Permanent and Mandatory Injunction, is hereby decreed, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024.

The Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the Decree. 8.
