The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.73/2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 IPC, registered at PS Bhalswa Dairy. 4.

Notice issued.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition has been taken up for final disposal.

The present petition is filed for anticipatory bail claiming parity with coBAIL APPLN. 2548/2020

accused Ashok Kumar who was released on bail vide order dated 27.07.2020. 8.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner is absconding. NWBs has been issued against him and recovery is to be effected. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 11.
