% 05.02.2016 Crl.M.A. 2014/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 471/2016 & Crl.M.A. 2015/2016 (Amendment) This is the second petition filed for quashing of FIR in question. Earlier a similar petition was filed by the petitioner and by passing the order dated 09.10.2015, the same was dismissed. Relevant para of the order dated 09.10.2015 reads as under : "The aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 due to a quarrel took place between the parties, in which the petitioners attacked 3/4 times on the neck, face as well as on the head of respondent no.2 with a sharp knife by

holding his hands. Due to which respondent no.2 received injuries, which are fatal and serious in nature and after the attack the petitioners ran away from the spot leaving the complainant in a pool of blood."

The present petition has been filed on the same grounds. I do not find any ground to quash the FIR in question. The present petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 2015/2016 are dismissed.
